Lila Lara is a Somatic Healing Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and Trauma-Informed Root Cause Therapy Coach offering holistic healing services on Kaua‘i and online worldwide.

 

Born and raised in Perú and based in Hawai‘i, Lila brings more than 20 years of international study and hands-on experience in somatic healing, therapeutic bodywork, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation. Her work integrates body-centered therapies with trauma-informed coaching to support deep healing, emotional resilience, grief processing, and embodied restoration.

 

Specializing in nervous system healing and trauma integration, Lila works with clients through both therapeutic touch and guided conversation. Her sessions are designed to help restore safety within the body, release stored emotional patterns, and support the connection between body, mind, spirit, and ancestral memory.
